Here, you can understand the basics of CSP platform and how we did it in two municipalities in Bulgaria – Kostinbrod and Kavarna

Citizen Service Platform in Bulgaria

Municipality of Kavarna just launched the first Citizens Service Platform (CSP) portal in Bulgaria. It offers four e-Services, integrated with digital signing functionality. The solution is based on Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007, Dynamics CRM, SQL Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 and Cisco based call center.

We (MCS) developed the platform together with our Gold Partners with CAD R&D Progress and Paraflow
